Store Policies
Shipping:
All items over $1000.00 receive free insured two-day shipping in the continental US. International shipping is available for Canada. We will ship out merchandise Monday to Friday post one day after payment is received. For all other countries, please contact us before placing an international order.
Return Policy:
We guarantee satisfaction and quality on all items purchased from fng Design c/o Féb & Gar Design. Extra precaution is assured when packaging and shipping jewelry.
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item for store credit or refund within 30-Day Buyer-Paid Returns. We will accept the product in the same new original condition as it was sent out. All merchandise must be returned to us fully insured. When returning an item please include a copy of the invoice and return material authorization. Please contact us for a Return Material Authorization(RMA). No returns accepted without it.
The following items may not be returned: Custom Designed Items Including Re-Sized Rings, And Discounted Merchandise. This merchandise are sold "as is" and are non-refundable, No Returns Accepted, All sales are final.
